Cancellation Policy

Here at Pure Elegance Salon & Spa we know that life gets busy. But we do ask that you respect our time , as we do yours. If you cannot make your appointment, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours. Unfortunately , if you are to no show or cancel last minute , you will be responsible to pay the deposit fee in order to book your future appointment.
